IS SLIPSSY A PILLOW CASE?
Slipssy is a pillow cover intended to be placed under your pillowcase. This way, the two Slipssy layers will allow your pillowcase to move more freely with your movements and avoid a lot of friction.
WILL SLIPSSY WILL REDUCE MY WRINKLES?
Slipssy combats the sheer force of the pillow on your face and hair when you sleep. While it can reduce the effect of shear force, it does not remove all of the effects of the pressure and deformation caused by the contact of your face on the pillow.
Those wrinkles that you already have will not magically be cured with the use of Slipssy. Our pillow cover is intended to fight the formation of new sleep wrinkles.
IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PILLOWCASE?
Yes, we have designed Slipssy to be used with any type of material. Once installed, you can use your favorite pillowcase with it. We recommend matching it with a pillowcase fabricated with natural fibres like cotton, baboo, hemp or silk.

Slipssy is manufactured in Medellin, Colombia, who is a world leader in textile and fabrics. Through different education and formation programs supported by Slipssy in the community, we work very closely on the terrain with our plant partner, for maintaining very high quality standards and a thriving work environment.
DOES SLIPSSY COME WITH A WARRANTY?

WHAT MATERIALS IS SLIPSSY MADE OF?
Slipssy is crafted from our signature material GlideTex. WHAT SIZE PILLOW DOES THE SLIPSSY PILLOWCOVER FIT?
Slipssy currently only offers Queen and King pillowcase sizes.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SLIPSSY PILLOWCOVER?
Caring for a Slipssy pillowcase is as easy as 1-2-3. All you need to do is machine wash cold using a mild soap and gentle cycle. Although we don't ever recommend using bleach, we know some of you will be inclined to do it. In this case, we would suggest using non-chlorine bleach. If you plan to put Slipssy in the dryer, please choose to tumble dry low and iron at a low temperature.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL
Don’t worry, we have your back. After completion of your order, you will receive a tracking number. If for any reason your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us at vip@slipssy.com immediately and we will remediate the situation with no delay.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU SEND OUT SHIPMENTS?
We aim to ship from three to five business days. The transit time is normally between one to three days nationwide.
IF I WENT TO SEND SLIPSSY AS A GIFT, WILL YOU SEND OVER A GIFT RECEIPT?
Yes, let us know at check out if it’s a gift and the amount will not appear on the invoice in the box. However, dûe to custom rules, we have to declare the value on the commercial invoice in the window label applied on the box for custom purpose.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order by letting us know by email at: vip@slipssy.com.
If the order has been delivered and the product is intact, you still can cancel your order by returning the package at our facility. A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the tracking number of the return. Contact us for the return instructions and receive the shipping label.
